DCM Module

After an optical signal is transmitted over certain distance, the optical signal pulse is widened because of the positive dispersion accumulated in the system. This widened shape seriously affects the system transmission performance. The DCM is a passive device that uses a dispersion compensation fiber. Because a DCM has inherent negative dispersion that can offset the positive dispersion of transmission fibers, the signal pulses are compressed.

The OptiX OSN 1800 V can provide several types of DCMs of several compensation distance specifications: 10 km (6.2 mi.), 20 km (12.4 mi.), 40 km (24.8 mi.), 60 km (37.3 mi.), and 80 km (49.7 mi.).

The OptiX OSN 1800 I&II Compact can provide several types of DCMs of several compensation distance specifications: 5 km (3.1 mi.), 10 km (6.2 mi.), 20 km (12.4 mi.), 40 km (24.8 mi.), 60 km (37.3 mi.), 80 km (49.7 mi.), 100 km (62.1 mi.), 120 km (74.6 mi.).

Deliver to port:

Uonel is responsible for transporting goods to port. All subsequent customs and transportation fees are the
responsibility of the buyer. Uonel will recommend trustworthy local freight forwarders to you.Uonel can facilitate the progress under buyer's permission and at buyer's expense.

Deliver to door:

Uonel will quote all destination charge prior once we have confirmed order.
Uonel is responsible for transporting goods to door after you have made the payment.
